Assistance Needed with Invalid Charge Method and Account Deactivation
Dear Seller Forum,
I’m facing an issue with my Amazon seller account. My charge method has been marked as invalid, and despite trying multiple cards, Amazon is unable to process payments from any of them. As a result, my account has been deactivated, and I’m unable to submit the required verification form since the charge method must be updated first.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true!
Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.
Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!
