Do we know what’s causing this? Have gone through the bank card and everything else’s says active and it’s in perfect condition. Not able to contact Amazon support or help from the account as the urls take back to the inactive store notification page of Amazon

exactly the same for me, only became apparent when I’d sold something, which is once in a blue moon…. And now I can’t access to get an address or confirm shipping, all url links lead to the ‘inactive account’ page.
