Otp !!! Nightmare
Otp !!! For past 48 hours i cannot access my amazon seller account as it keeps asking for otp (as usual) but amazon are not sending them.So i request a call with it instead and it tells me i have requested otp too many times today (first time) I have been asked to update my id. Which has been done twice. See attached .Seller support are practically useless.I cant reply to questions, dispatch orders, add stock, update tracking. Nothing has changed my end at all. So it must be something amazon is doing.Help anybody got any advice on how to get back in.This is horrendous, and I see hundreds of other sellers have same problem.

Clear your cache if you are using the website, i found this has helped in the past.

Also, if you are getting an SMS - lookup Authenticator Apps instead.
These we've never had an issue with.

I have found the solution working for me and hope for you guys.
I tried using WEB browser and also app on cell phone, no OTP was sent to my phone and when pressing for call - too many attempts today.
So i used my cell phone browser to log in and it worked. After that dont make mistake and go to setting and setup Authenticator App, so you have code at your disposal all the time even if the SMS is not working.
