Your question is loosely stated. The ASIN # is Amazon SKU number for the Amazon product page. A UPC is the # that identifies the actual product and manufacturer.
Now, what are you trying to accomplish in your efforts?

Thanks for posting this, @Seller_vx49qRN6yOhF6- to my knowledge, keyword searching is the best way to find similar products for this, as an ASIN isn't technically a keyword.
If you are still not getting the results you hope for, I can recommend trying new and different keyword queries, or else contacting our support team for more technical troubleshooting!
