Brand name changed (Hijacked) on our listing
We have a listing that had its brand name changed from ours to another. I have tried to get help from support multiple times but am told there is nothing they can do. I am currently being told " Currently, this ASIN is enrolled under this brand name Fryvokca and brand owner of this brand is winning detail page control over brand name with higher rating. Hence, we are unable to proceed with your request. "
Why were they allowed to change the brand name on the listing of our product to start?
We have been selling this for years and the item is manufactured for us, we are the listing creator and brand owner. Yet now we are being told we need to create a new ASIN.
I am hoping that I can get some help through here.

I looked at the case and ASIN details. When looking into the brand history of the ASIN, I cannot find that it was labeled under the original brand you mentioned.
