Ads - Bids not saving when I hit "apply"

I'm trying to do my daily bid adjustments. When I hit apply, the bid does not save. When I click "support centre" I get this message - "This page isn’t workingIf the problem continues, contact the site owner."

I'd love an update on this issue, please.
