Amazon Refusing The Writing

This is a very weird issue maybe I am the only one facing this problem. I could not find any information about this.

When I try to write an explanation regarding tax information interview on the relevant page, it consistently ignores, giving error that i am using non-English alphabet character or symbol. Whatever I write , same warning appears. When I write even just one word, same warning. I opened a case about this and there is no reply yet.

I am stucked in this process and can not move on. Maybe someone esle has experienced something like this or maybe Amazon employees can help.

Try the 'normal' glitch fixes --

using a different browser

clearing your cache

rebooting your computer

If you have any cases provide a number so any MOD dropping by can try to answer!
