Amazon verification bill submission issue

I had submitted my bill for Amazon verification, but at that time, my connection was temporarily off. Maybe that's why the bill wasn't accepted. However, I have now resubmitted it, but Amazon still hasn't accepted it. My address and all the details are exactly the same as before. Maybe no one has reviewed my bill properly. Can anyone help with this?

@Connor_Amazon I had to post again because the people who replied last time haven't responded to the messages again. I think there is some glitch with my account. I haven't submitted invalid documents; I know very well what things need to be kept in mind when submitting a bill, such as ensuring that the bill is from the last 3 months and that the name and address match what was provided when creating the seller account. The bill should be authentic and the same details should be on my bill, and it should be a government-issued bill. I can't make any changes to it, yet it's still not being accepted. Now, I need help and don't know who else to ask. I'm unable to open any case with either the seller account or Amazon, and they haven't emailed me to inform me that my documents were not accepted. This seems like a glitch, right? Please help me with this issue. Everything else is approved, including the address with the unique code
