My listing reinstating appeals have been rejected several times.

I sell a product called: Steamy Cat Brush.

Apparently, a customer complained, and our listing was shortly after that deactivated. I have spoken to Amazon support lines and they have been completely unable to help me. They just tell me to keep sending appeals, but all of them keep being rejected. I know what to do, since my units are allegedly going to be disposed of the 9/25/24.

You mentioned this was a customer complaint, was this listing removed due to an issue the the listing health in voice of the customer, was there a policy violation associated with this such as product condition, authenticity? Did you receive a notification surrounding the situation, or was there a case ID you could provide for me to look further into?
