Documentation Submitted:
Invoice(s) from the authorized distributor for the ASIN in question.
Letter of Authorization from the brand confirming my right to sell the product.
Transaction records showing the purchase of the product.
Verification confirmation showing that Amazon contacted my supplier, who verified the invoice.
A video walkthrough explaining the sourcing and purchase process.
Issue:
Despite submitting the above documentation, my appeals have been rejected without specific feedback on what additional steps or information are required. I have followed Amazon's Anti-Counterfeiting Policy and provided substantial proof of authenticity, but my account remains deactivated, and I am unsure how to proceed further.
Request:
