I would like to ask how long the FSA/HSA registration process takes through Amazon. I sent all the information, including the form they requested, to Amazon on September 18. However, even though I replied to ask many times, I have not received an update from Amazon until now.
Does anyone know how long the FSA/HSA registration process takes? Thank you.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you applied to have some of your ASIN's eligible for FSA/HSA and you are still waiting on approval. I did check and see that the team is still working through their cases that are worked first in/first out and they will get to your case as soon as possible. If you don't have an update by Friday, let me know and I will try to escalate this for you.
