My account was originally registered with UK details, and in June 2023, I successfully transitioned it to the USA market after undergoing multiple verification processes, including a video call to reactivate it.

Recently, I encountered an unexpected notification stating that my account had been deactivated again. Upon attempting to reactivate it through the designated process, I was asked to provide a bill for verification purposes. Promptly, I submitted the required documentation. However, to my dismay, I received a response stating, "We do not have enough information to reactivate your account."

I am deeply concerned by this situation as I have diligently complied with all verification requests and have been actively selling on Amazon.com. Despite my repeated appeals and requests for video verification, I have not received any response from the Amazon team.

I kindly request the assistance of Amazon moderators and technical support in understanding the basis for this punitive action against sellers. I am eager to rectify any issues and regain access to my seller account to resume operations promptly. Your prompt attention and support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.I had previously posted on the seller forum, and @Atlas_Amazon sir had replied to me asking which documents I had submitted to Amazon in my appeal.
