FBA shipment missing for 3 months. I opened multiple cases and no responses. URGENT PLEASE HELP!
FBA shipment ID: FBA18KBBQKP5. I created this shipment 10-30-24 and the shipment closed 12-1-24. It has been 3 months and I am missing 68 units. I have contacted amazon customer support multiple times and opened multiple cases and no response. I have sent proof of inventory ownership and still no response. I already missed out on the holiday rush sales and no I am losing money at this point because the inventory has became lost and there is no support from amazon. Please help.

I have the same thing happening now. Open missing items case. Not a single reply. Contacted support, told I will get a reply within a day. Been almost a month since the case was opened and nothing heard back at all. Starting to wonder what I am suppose to do.
