NARF- Product inelegible
Hello,
We are utilizing North American Remote Fulfillment for fulfilling Canadian orders and all has been smooth except for one hiccup: Our best selling parent ASIN (and its children ex. B0BHZRJ9YL) are ineligible. The weird part is, an identical item in our women's cut has no issues, and another identical product with only the interior lining updated (wool lined instead of flannel lined) is also fine. The reason given is:
"We are unable to create an offer for this ASIN in this destination. Please see the details below.
Reasons:
ASINs have Import/Export restrictions that prevent the product from being sold in the selected country.
Instructions:
Please contact seller support in case you wish to understand more or dispute the restriction."
I had opened a case a month and a half ago and have been told an internal team is "looking into this" however I have heard nothing more. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any suggestions to get this up and running? We have had several customer inquiries and I am not sure how to respond. Thanks for your insight fellow sellers!

they tell you the reason:
You have to search on Canadian governement sites. It's certainly because of the flammability of such material. But it's not the task of seller support to do this research for you. Someone did the research and programmed the AI to not allow the export to Canada for such children clothes. Maybe you just need some kind of test and certification for Canada. Probably depends the material.
