Random Video Uploaded by Influencer to our Listing
Hello,
We noticed that an influencer uploaded a video to our product listing, but the video features a completely different item than what is listed.
I reached out to support through Case ID 16043330031, but they were unable to provide a solution. I also tried reporting the video using the abuse form, but that method hasn't been effective.
Could a moderator please look into this? It's very frustrating, especially since this is one of our top products. It seems the influencer is blatantly abusing the system by uploading hundreds of videos where the items in the videos don't match the listings.
Thanks for any assistance that may be provided.

Did they upload it to the brand registry videos on the listing or on the reviews part?

"When you open a case, they will just transfer it to a different department. Then this department will transfer it to another department. After 7 days, you will get a reply stating that the buyer did not violate Amazon policy, so the negative feedback couldn't be removed. I have clear evidence that some customers didn't purchase goods from Amazon, yet they left negative feedback. They didn't even notice that Amazon's algorithm detected it and notified them. Amazon's customer service recently has been so poor that even they are talking like robots. Most of them are from India and are working as customer service representatives."

Yep, a lot of them do just that. I've seen a few getting weeded out. Slowly.
