On demand disbursement not working
always been able to do on demand disbursements. My last disbursement was cancelled. I queried this with SS who replied by bot to say it was because I amended my payment details. I told them I have not done this and the details are the same as they have always been. They have now transferred my query to a different department and I have had no reply. I see that I can no longer do on demand disbursements. My account is healthy with no issues except this. Has anyone else got this problem?

Have you checked that your payment card that you have on file is in date +6mths

It'll be the change to "DD+7" for payments, have you been a seller for a long time? Ours has just changed too.
