Need to update submitted W-9
Hello all,
I have recently submitted my W-9 as seen in the attachment and after talking with my Accountant, she advised that I need to send Amazon a corrected W-9 and delete this one. Once I do so, I will need to send the updated on to Amazon and advise to keep it on file.
Can you anyone advise on how to let Amazon know that I will be submitting a corrected W-9 and to keep the updated one on file?

First of all, this is a seller forum....we aren't Amazon employees. And there's no attachment feature here.
What information changed on your W-9? Did you EIN or address change?

To make updates to your tax information, you can retake the tax interview by doing the following:
- In your seller account, go to Settings and select Account Info.
- At the bottom of the page, click Tax Information.
- Click Update Tax Information.
- Answer all the questions to complete the tax interview. Remember to provide your e-signature for faster processing.
