[New Seller] No ATC button on custom product?
Hi there, this might be a dumb question, but I have my own product with own packaging, etc. Everything unique.
I created a new product and as expected I am the only one selling the product, but I don't have an add to cart button on the page. I'm completely new with zero sales and I am shipping FBM from my own warehouse (Atomix).
I'm not sure if me using my own warehouse for shipping is causing the problem but it would be nice to have an add to cart button at least on my products.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It sounds like you may not be winning the Featured Offer for this product. To give customers the best possible shopping experience, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer and there are no guarantees that you will receive the Featured Offer. I would recommend reviewing the Become the Featured Offer help page for tips on how to get the Featured Offer.
Pricing your items competitively, offering faster and free shipping, providing great customer service, and keeping stock available are all methods that you'd want to sustain in order to be Featured Offer Eligible. The other criteria is that Amazon selects compelling offers to feature from among a pool of eligible offers. You must also be on a Professional Selling Plan.
