You need to start purchasing your shipping labels through Amazon and shipping them by the "ship by" date on the order details page to cover yourself from these claims.
Fraud is up 280% year over year for us in the month of March, it's getting out of control and I expect it to worsen further with the current state of the US economy.
Use Amazon shipping policy to your advantage, if buyers want to claim they didn't receive their orders and open A to Z claims, that's fine, but if you bought your shipping anywhere other than Amazon (with signature confirmation, delivery photos, etc) you won't be covered and you'll lose every claim.

I wish you luck but do not expect any help from Amazon, they are a ripoff company and will not ever help their hard working vendors, I've been selling here going on 20 years and I do not trust them ever.

Purchase your shipping from amazon and then they pay the claims.

What are the zip codes of the problem addresses?
Amazon's rules do not allow us sellers to post a name or address, but you can tell us a zip code.
If enough sellers have this problem, then you may be able to get Ammazon to shut them down. But first you must find those other sellers.

Whether or not it displays as "Delivered" is not relevant. If the Buyer claims they did not receive it, Amazon WILL believe them.
And lest you imagine these are "Scams", I invite you to do an internet search for "Porch-Pirates.
And then you may realize that EVERY ONE of the packages you see being stolen ALL displayed as "Delivered" too.
Maybe then you will understand Amazon's position.
You never mentioned IF you also purchased postage using Amazon Buy Shipping.
IF you did, AND the packages were scanned into the Carrier's possession before the close of the Ship-By window, these are protected and you should appeal.
If you did NOT, then you are now experiencing an expensive Lesson that should convince you to change your behavior.
Or, conversely, you could continue to NOT utilize the Amazon Seller Protection Policy, and continue to LOSE A-Z Claims for INR.
Your choice.

Hello @Seller_x4KlqN4R8imX1- and thanks for highlighting these orders for the seller forums community.
As others here have called out, using Amazon Buy Shipping services, and specifically the "Claims Protected" labels do provide certain protections against 'Item Not Received' claims from customers. Our teams also recommend capturing a signature on delivery when possible, and particularly for expensive items. In reviewing your provided Order IDs, I do not see that Amazon Buy Shipping was used to help fulfill these, so working via the appeal process would be the correct path forward.
You can also look to report a violation for any activities you believe to violate Amazon policies.
I hope this helps, and thank you again for posting.

We've lost thousands to scammers or incompetent buyers from A-Z claims. Amazon will not care in the slightest, no matter how much proof you have. It's truly terrible.
