Query Regarding Brand Registry for Second Product Listed in Trademark Application
Dear sellers,
I have applied for a trademark at USPTO covering two products, both of which are mentioned in the TM application. I have received the trademark serial number and subsequently submitted a Brand Registry application on Amazon for one of the products. I understand that Amazon's review process for Brand Registry may take up to 21 days.
My question is: during this waiting period, or once the brand registry for the first product is approved, can I proceed to list the second product (which falls under the same class and category and is already included in the original trademark application) under the same approved brand name?
If yes, please clarify the process:
1- Can I directly list the second product under the registered brand name without submitting a separate brand registry application?
2- Or, is it necessary to file a new brand registry request for the second product too , even though it is covered under the same trademark application?

Thank you for your question here.
If the trademark good and services lists the product you are selling, and if the product aligns with the trademark and brand name you should be able to list without creating a separate application.
If you are accepted into brand registry, once a trademark is enrolled, if you use the same brand name and trademark to enroll again you will receive an error stating that it is already enrolled.
