HI,
I have 2 accounts that are merged and both are deactivated. In order to activate the account, i am told i need to set up amazon pay and then activate the account. Then only i can activate the other account. And then i can close one account. I want to know is Amazon pay mandatory for usa? Its also asking me to link it to my website which im not sure why?

Hi Atlas-i need help in closing amazon pay as i dont have a usa bank account. i am unable to close it online.

I understand you are looking to close down the pay account, but if it is not allowing you to do it online, then there may be something holding it up. If it caused an issue to your US market, then that will mean that there is an issue that needs to be resolved on the pay account.
Based off the information, I believe this to be the verification. Is not having a US bank account why you have not resolved the concerns with the pay account? What kind of messaging has our team provided to you for this situation?
