Can someone from Amazon explain this UPS shipping adjustment?

Another case. This is a light clothing item. How could the audited weight be12 lbs? Even for the 12lbs, the audited rate is not correct. This is UPS adjustment again.

Someone from Amazon should find a solution to stop UPS ridiculous and illegal shipping adjustments, instead of pushing sellers to the edge every day. Please do something meaningful!
