Brand Registry - Admin email issue
Hey everyone!
We're a reseller of a brand who we are working with to become a Registered Agent in their Brand Registry.
Their brand is registered, but the issue is that they're not sure what the admin email is. When they log in with what they thought was the admin email and try to do anything they're told that "only the admin can make edits".
They obviously can't register again, as it's already been registered. Does anyone know of a way that they can figure out what the admin email is? They say they've contacted support but haven't heard anything back.

I cannot disclose emails for other seller/admin due to privacy issues.
However, I may be able to assist if you can give me the case ID where the admin has been in contact with seller support directly. I can start a private message with the admin to try and troubleshoot.
