Hoping someone can help. I sent some stock in to amazon the start of July. 7 Items are missing and when i challenged this all i got was that they checked twice and it definitely was not there. I asked them how this was possible as the weight of the box received by UPS confirms all items were in the box. I have had three case logs just deleted now and i am getting nowhere with this. Has anyone got an email so i can contact them directly? Or any advice if anyone has had a similar problem.
