Safety Data Sheets Issue
Hi All,
We often sell candy that also comes with a toy. We classify all of our items as candy but because we do that, we don't have anywhere to submit Safety Data sheets at setup. We then have to wait for our products to get pulled and flagged for needing a safety data sheet, which is what happened for one of our ASINS. It's now been 28 days since the product has been pulled and the toy safety sheets still say "under review". They dispose of our product after 30 days so we have been going back and forth submitting multiple tickets trying to follow up on why its still showing "under review". Any suggestions or can a mod help?
It's also a seasonal Easter item which is making this even more time sensitive. (yes, going forward we will set up the items earlier and hope they get flagged sooner but there is no guarantee) Yes, we also tried submitting the documents through a ticket at the time of set up and customer service told us they couldn't do anything with the documents, we need to wait until it gets flagged-which is extremely frustrating.
