Vine Reviews Disappeared
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I’m reaching out regarding a critical issue with Vine reviews on one of our ASIN whicwhich was properly enrolled in the Vine program (Vine30), and we had multiple Vine reviews displayed. However, all Vine reviews have suddenly disappeared from the listing without any notification or explanation.

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I would refer you to the information provided in case 17523608781. Vine does not modify or remove customer reviews. Reviews may be rejected by the moderation team if they violate the platform's community guidelines. Vine reviews are subject to the same standards as reviews on other platforms. Reviews may also be removed by customers themselves.
Also, it is observed that some reviews get lost in the process of merging ASINs. Vine doesn't guarantee that all reviews will be retained if you merge or unmerge these ASINs.
