urgent suspension of my account

Hello, my account has been closed. Amazon closed my account by sending this e-mail because there was a violation even though I had not made any sales. However, I have my invoice and documents. I send it, I get an automatic reply. There is no explanation. Although the date I received my products was before the date I sent them, my grievance was not resolved even though I had an authorization certificate. It's 1 now and can anyone still help? The e-mail I received is written below.

Hello,Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to make this decision. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

Copy and paste their whole email. You just copied some unimportant sentences. If we don't know why your account has been deactivated nobody can tell you if there is a chance of reinstatement.

Seeing what you've mentioned here, it sounds like you may have listed a branded product and we are requesting that you show proof of authenticity.

As mentioned by @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY, I would suggest as well to post your original notification which should include quite a bit more information.

What was the brand of the product you were selling? Where were you sourcing them? Did you source them from the brand, brand manufacturer, or a brand authorized distributor? Did your invoices include all required information mentioned on our responsible sourcing documentation help page?

Additionally you mentioned having an authorization certificate. I would advise reviewing our letter of authorization requirements to ensure what you have meets our requirements as well.

Did you receive this authorization from your supplier, or from the brand itself?
