Hi, I want to delete my account, but due to my charge method is invalid the only option I have in "Get Help" is reactivating of my account. I don't have any fees, I'm on individual account and I don't have a credit card, so I can't pass charging method verification.

You can't close an account until you address the violations/requests for reinstatement.

You can't close an account if there are any issues with it.
Since you never fully opened it, and don't have a valid credit card, and are not getting any charges, just walk away.
When you get a real credit card, you can come back and try to complete the registration of your account, but if you don't, there is no real issue.

As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw have stated, if an account is not in good standing then it cannot be closed. You will need to work towards the reactivation prior to permanently closing the account.
In order to access the entirety of Seller Central, you must have a valid credit card on file.
