Usually, its because someone in another Amazon market is trying to hijack your ASIN information for one reason or another.
They can, simply, create their brand on that specific market. When they create their items, they can just use your ASIN in the USA market. This will merge information such as reviews...which listing hijackers view as very valuable.

Two ways.
1. You do not own the USTPO Registered brand name. Another seller will register the name with USTPO, call it theirs, and take over the listing.
2. In a large foreign country a seller may have family and friends working at Amazon who have access to altering listings. This is not viewed as bad, as the results you see are seeing are done for the national good and economic development of the country.

Delete the listing, wait 24h and re upload and anyone can hijack a listing, generally only seasoned pros can do it ( The type of people that do it for a living )
we have had many of our listings get jacked over the years, many to be completely different products so people can launch a new product with reviews.
Reporting does nothing, no way to brand lock, registering your brand does nothing, and even if you register, they wont even change your listings, you have to use that trick.-

This happened to me the other day. I thought the worst but was able to resolve the issue rather quickly. You need to request a call and ask to be transferred to the Catalog Team. From there, they should be able to fix it. Worked for me and I'm so thankful!

Happens all the time and amazon will reply only the brand owner can fix referring to the new brand owner. This is so stupid how Amazon runs!
