Request to Associate ASIN with My Registered Brand

I am reaching out regarding the following ASINs:
B0F359TYL2
B0F34LQ621
I am the brand owner of KRKN, which is already enrolled in the Amazon Brand Registry. However, when I attempt to update or add A+ Content for this ASIN, I receive the following error:
"You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand."
This ASIN is indeed a product that belongs to my registered brand. I kindly request that this ASIN be associated with my brand so I can manage its content accordingly.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Did you CREATE this ASIN mentionning that brand in the title? And you didn't create it as "generic" maybe?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist. It does look like both the ASINs you provided here are listed with the brand "KRKN." I can certainly dig deeper on this, but will need some additional information which I can pull from a case ID. Have you opened a Seller Support case or Brand Registry support case on this issue yet? If so, please provide that case ID here and I will have a look. If you have not yet opened a case, I advise doing that first and then provide that case ID here and I can review.
