We got approved for our Brand and when we go to list we get this below. We can't move forward. I've seen on searches in the forums discussions about this. Michelle from Amazon mentioned that Brand Owners should be able to list. Can you please help us with this.

Michelle from amazon may not know what she is talking about. From what I have seen here in the forms, they are not accepting new sellers or brand owners in this category.

It is taking the Community Mods about a week to respond to posts. File a ticket with Seller Support. If that does not help, provide the Community Mods with your Case ID number, explain that you are the brand owner and are Brand Registered and they may be able to escalate the case.

Apologies for the delayed response. I took a look at CASE ID ending in 5531 associated to ASIN B0F1M11TT7 and I see that Selling Partner Support is actively working the case. They have raised the same ticket I would have sent to a specific partner team that can help with your issue on selling applications.
That partner team should get back to Support within the next few business days so you should get a response on you case within the week. If for some reason you don't hear back from Seller Support by the end of the week (Friday April 11th, 2025) please let me know and I can see what the blocker might be.
