Did you have that product listed in your inventory?
If you buy your products from amazon, thats not seen as a valid supply chain either

That's likely the problem, you cannot buy from Amazon to then resell on Amazon, as you do not have full invoices to show the supply chain.

do you mean you simply haven’t sold any of the product in question but you have it in stock and listed?
And as advised you buy from Amazon, you can’t show a valid supply chain and even if a genuine item, you can’t sell goods bought retail as New on Amazon. That is, in this instance what they mean by fake.
