MY SECTION 3 APPEALS GETTING DENIED A PLETHORA OF TIMES WHILE HAVING OPTION TO ACKNOWLEDGE VIOLATION
Hi Amazon Team,
I got a Section 3 violation for products with altered expiration date issues. When I try to acknowledge the violation, Amazon keeps asking for more information, but the system only lets me check 6 boxes—there’s no way to send my documents.
I’ve tried:
Sending appeals saying the deactivation was a mistake. They keep stating there is not enough sufficient information
Calling support, but they can’t help. Every time i call they state a different thing is missing from my appeal
Another seller going under ( Ecom store478) faced the same issue and got their account back THAT SAME WEEK
