Account Level Reserve - 10 MONTHS no payment!!
My expected disbursements have been held for the last 10 months as Unavailable due to Account Level Reserve (since Sept 2023). I have no A-Z claims, account has always been in good health, and no account issues. I opened a case and was told it was transferred to another department. Since then, no reply or answers.
Any help available @CR_Amazon@Micah_Amazon?
