"Item Not Arrived" - from 6 months ago!!

Hi All,

Had a messages from a customer saying their item not arrived....from 6 months ago!!

What is Amazon's policy here - notice the person's address is showing like "XXXX, Very Large City" - but he has put proper address for more goods to go to in his message .

I smell a scam but cant put my finger on it!!!

What is Amazon's policy here - notice the person's address is showing like "XXXX, Very Large City" - but he has put proper address for more goods to go to in his message .

I smell a scam but cant put my finger on it!!!

The order details in amazon will redact after 90 days or so - hence why you are seeing a limited address.

With regards to what you would do - we would advise due to the time frame that has elapsed since the order was placed, we can no query this with the courier, as such we are unable to help at this point.

They I believe cannot leave feedback or open an A-Z as standard on this order after 90 days. They could still leave negative feedback elsewhere such as the product page though - and amazon can at their digression still open up an A-Z - but we've never had it happen to us in instances like this.
