Another seller is using old pack images of my product and is selling it individually when I sell in multi packs on my own seller account. How can I get them to use updated images so that the brand is protected?

Is this other seller a member of the brand within Brand Registry? Wanting to see if you could reach out to them directly to have them update the images!
