2nd Seller account registration

Case 15699216851 (latest case, being escalated)

Case 15623046261 (answered )

Case 15595179351 (confirmation of multi-account opening - under first account)

Case 15608968961 (request for additional proof of identity)

I have a legitimate need to open a second Seller account - my first account being active and healthy. I contacted the support case 15595179351, which confirmed I could open directly a second account without Amazon prior validation as long as i have a legitimate need.

After registering my second account, I received the email below from Amazon under case 15623046261), stating that: "We have reviewed the documents that you provided, but we could not complete the verification. As a result, your case will be closed, and your account will not be activated. Why is this happening? The documents that you provided do not meet our policy requirements. We are unable to share further information about this matter."

I have escalated the above case to case 15699216851 (latest open case), as I believe I abide by Amazon regulations for registration of the second account.

Could any Amazon support team on the forums please review the current case 15699216851 and let me know where "The documents that [I] provided do not meet [your] policy requirements" and how can I re-submit any corrections, as currently there is no way on the second seller central account to correct the registration.

If the internal Amazon team is unable to share with you why your documents didn't pass verification, I doubt any of the Community Managers frequenting the forum will be able to either.

"The documents that you provided do not meet our policy requirements."

Likely the best you can hope to do is study the policy covering document requirements and go over everything you're submitting with a fine-tooth comb.

I am not able to provide exact specifics to why the secondary account registration was denied.

I do see case 15699216851 is under review right now and you will receive a response once the partner team's investigation is complete. So monitor your e-mail for an update.

I do recommend that you check out this YT video that go over multiple seller accounts as well as the seller code of conduct.

As @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQsuggested, please go over all of your documents and our requirements before you register another account. I am here to support you in case you have any other questions or concerns.
