For the last 3 months my account is been deactivated because section 3 hit on my account, I have submit an appeal letter and related docs, one time I was rejected but the second time I didn't received anything can anyone help me here.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

As noted by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp we will need you to provide more information surrounding your account deactivation and why it happened. Section 3 is a rather large policy which includes a number of reasons that can lead to deactivation, some if not most of these may required different documents to properly dispute.
You additionally mentioned providing an appeal letter, so you are aware most section 3 deactivation are dispute only thus we may not ever accept an appeal letter or plan of action since we require proof that there were no violations of our policies.
