Please Help! Missing inventory in FC - Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed
I am seeking your advice and assistance @Topher_Amazon regarding a persistent issue we've been facing with Amazon's support team concerning a missing carton in our shipment. We requested an Inventory Missing in FC search for a carton containing 24 units that were sent along with other items using Amazon Buy Shipping. The tracking information clearly shows that all items were received.
Despite providing all relevant details and evidence, support continues to ignore the facts and replies with the same message each time. They state that the investigation was completed and refuse to conduct further investigation or provide reimbursement.
Issues with missing inventory and inaccurate quantities in boxes have become more frequent since we started sending our inventory using SPS instead of LTL, due to the new Amazon placement fee.
