You can check the details by going to Performance > A-to-z Guarantee Claims > Option to Appeal tab. There you should be able to find your specific claim and see why it was denied.
Since you mentioned using Amazon's shipping service, it's worth noting that tracking information is automatically included with these shipments. According to the help page (under "Tips"), this tracking information typically provides great protection for A-to-z Guarantee claims.
If you'd like to provide additional documentation to support your case, the help page Appeal an A-to-z Guarantee claim explains that you can:
- Use Buyer-Seller Messages to attach any supporting documents
- Mention in your claim response that you've added these documents there
Just keep in mind that if Amazon asks for any additional information while reviewing your appeal, you'll need to respond within 72 hours.
