A-Z Appeal

How do I get the results of my A-Z Appeal. Customer did not received the package. We purchased shipping through amazon but they made us refunnd the money. What can I do to see the results o f the appeal and the reason it was denied?

You can check the details by going to Performance > A-to-z Guarantee Claims > Option to Appeal tab. There you should be able to find your specific claim and see why it was denied.
