Balance paid on your Amazon seller account. Why?
Hello.
I recently signed in Amazon seller however, today I noticed that I got charged for an X amount when it is supposed that I opened the account as an individual. I was aware because I received an email where Amazon have charged my credit card in an attempt to settle my Amazon seller account balance. When I was signing up, I made sure that I wasn't charged for anything and that the account was individual. Is it possible that I can get a refund? If I cannot be reimbursed, I will unfortunately have to close this account and forget about my personal project. I opened two times a support case from here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/support and once created in both cases, I didn't see my case listed what it seems I'm not sure was created, nor an email confirmation.

You will need to downgrade your account to the individual plan from your account page.
Once this is done, you may request a refund through seller support.
