Two-step verification phone number cannot receive verification code

Have you encountered the problem of not being able to receive the Amazon SMS verification code in the past few days? I have not been able to receive the Amazon verification code on my mobile phone since the 15th. I asked the mobile phone operator and they said that the mobile phone number can receive SMS normally.Oh my god, I can't get into my store.
