Won SafeT claim, customer filed AZ claim and I lost
On 6/20 a customer returned a used, broken part from their vehicle, not the one I shipped them. Amazon had already refunded at first scan so I filed a SafeT claim and won. I assume Amazon charged them back for the part because the customer complained to me. On 8/10 the customer filed an AZ claim, Amazon refunded them twice the original amount and counted it against my ODR. I appealed but still lost. Made multiple appeals but to no avail. Can a mod look into this, order 112-0796373-1197059?
