Amazon Took All My Withheld Funds as "Other Expenses" – Need Help!

I really need some advice. My Amazon seller account was deactivated seven months ago (June 2023) due to Section 3.
About a month ago, after a second video call verification and showing all my invoices, Amazon finally released my inventory. However, my funds remained withheld.
Since then, I’ve been working on removing my inventory, but I’ve only received a small portion so far—the rest is still in process. But today, I logged into my account and saw that Amazon took all my withheld funds under "Other Expenses"—without any notice or email! On top of that, my credit card is about to be charged for storage fees, removal costs, and other expenses.
According to their Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy, withheld funds are supposed to cover things like returns, refunds, A-to-Z claims, and outstanding fees. Instead, my money is just gone, and now Amazon is still charging me!
I’ve lost my entire life savings on Amazon and want to move on and deal with my life, but Amazon won’t let me go. This feels completely unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this? Why did Amazon take my funds without any notice, and how can I figure this out?
note: I cannot create a case or contact Amazon—I’m completely blocked from reaching out.

Section 3 covers a LOT of issues.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
I'm actually surprised (shocked) they have returned anything to you if it was an IP charge!
