UPS Surepost Spike on INR claims
I have NEVER had so many INR claims. I think it's because Amazon customers aren't used to UPS packages being handed off to the USPS for final delivery. Most are belligerent and say they haven't received. I tell them file A2Z. Few do. Your experience?

I haven't seen a recent surge in conversations related to UPS Surepost and INRs, but there have been a few threads over te past few months related to best practices. Hopefully this ends up being a short-lived experience for you!
