Reserve Amount on Account
For the last month or so, we have experienced and ongoing problem with Amazon holding a quote a lot of money in reserve. Have been told this is for refunds or 'just in case' and they cannot tell me exactly why such an amount is being held at each settlement.
I have contacted amazon and been assured they can't do anything their end or tell me why we've got quite a percentage of money being held each time. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know how to resolve ? As advised that has been ongoing for a good few weeks and ideally would like our money in full...

Are you talking about the DD+7 policy that most sellers started recently, or something else?
