I am a new seller and attempting to enroll my brand registered product in vine. Every time I try to add my ASIN is says error 902. I have contacted support and they said it is a back end issue and to try back in a few days. well i am trying to launch my first product. so putting this on the shelf indefinitely does not seem like a solution. I have been checking back with seller support now every 3 days and they cannot give me a solution. My pictures, videos are all optimized and my account is in good "health."

anyone have any ideas or what else I can do, I am dead in the water trying to get advertising.
