I also encountered the same situation, after receiving the Amazon Handmade notification-requesting details and photos, I replied the relevant information immediately, but received no reply, and waited until the day before prime day, the Amazon Handmade team claimed that they did not receive my reply, and then removal my Handmade account, which made me frustrated and helpless!
