Not Able to Enroll in Vine Program - Error 909

Can you please help me as I am trying to enrol in Vine Program but I am not able to for some reason. it gives Error 909 but I have followed the link and updated my product category but I still have the error.

I am writing as someone who experienced and solved the same problem.
Change the category of your product from the link specified in the error code and try again 1 day later. You need to do this several times. This is how I solved the problem, but still the Amazon representative's answer is more important.
