Correct. Make sure you enter the numeral 1 in the box.
That means how many items a buyer can purchase and still pay the shipping cost charged.
EXAMPLE:
#1 placed in box- This is best to you don not lose money.
one product purchased one shipping charge
five products purchased Five shipping charges
#5-10 placed in box- Be careful, you can lose a lot of profit with some products.
5-10 items and only pay one shipping charge.
"Box Empty" buyers can buy as many as they want with only the one shipping charge displayed.

There is no way to require sellers to set a minimum quantity for customers to purchase, however, if you are the brand owner, you can create bundles of your product with more than one item, which would require them to purchase more than one at a time.
